Firma Teknik była odpowiedzialna za projekt konstrukcji nośnej, instalacji wodno-kanalizacyjnych oraz systemu wentylacji w budynku przy Vinastræti 28 w Garðabær. Budynek pełni funkcję domu zgromadzeń Zakonu Oddfellow. Pod budynkiem znajduje się parking podziemny.

Całkowita powierzchnia nowego budynku wynosi około 5 200 m².

Zakończenie projektu planowane jest na 2025 rok.
